abhyāsa = beharrliches Üben, dranbleiben bei einem Thema
vairāgya = Gelassenheit, Gleichmut
ābhyāṁ = beides, aus den beiden
tan = diese, jene
nirodha = Stille (des citta)

Erklärung: Beharliches Üben und standhafter Gleichmut führen unweigerlich zur Einheit der Gefühle und Gedanken.
